The HCNS is open to children between the ages of 2.75-5.  Applications for 2010-2011 and beyond will be accepted throughout the year and kept on file until such time that the child is of age to begin nursery school.  At this time, applications will be processed according to date received.  Priority is given to returning children and their siblings.
